CGI environments and royalty free images - A Case Study

 

STEP 1: Proposal

In this example a luxury brand requested a romantic image of a couple getting engaged at sunset on a beach using only pre existing assets.

STEP 2: Building the Framework

We started by finding suitable 3D models and building the base for the virtual enviroment. Much like stock images, we have access to millions of 3D assets and can customize them or even build our own from scratch when needed..

STEP 3: Image Search

This campaign required a wide range of environments, and by searching through stock libraries, we found a variety of royalty free images to layer together with the 3D base.

STEP 4: Combining 2D and 3D To Create the Final Image

With all assets approved, we placed our virtual talent into the environment and layered in different backgrounds and begin final retouching. We applied the AI generated faces to the characters, creating a cohesive campaign.
